Terms and Conditions
• The boat departure time for the morning tour is at 10:00 am and for the evening tour it is at 2:30 so it is required to show up 20 minutes before at the Marina to board.
• It is necessary to present your ticket or proof of purchase of the tour before boarding.
• In the case of purchases made over the Internet, it is necessary to present an official identification and the credit / debit card with which the online purchase was made.
The cost of the tour does not include:
• Taxes of the Maritime Terminal.
• Transportation of any kind, unless it has been included as part of the package or expressly requested Cancellation policies:
• If the cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the reserved day, it will be refunded 100%
• If the cancellation is within 24 and 48 hours, only 50% of the total paid will be refunded
• If the cancellation is less than 24 hours before boarding, there will be no refund
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours prior to the departure of the tour, will only be 100% refundable due to illness, as long as it is supported by an official medical opinion.
• At Luxury Yacht Mexico we understand that the current situation regarding COVID-19 may cause unexpected changes in your travel plans, which is why we offer a 100% refund for cancellations due to COVID-19, as long as it is duly justified.
• Changes and / or cancellations by airlines due to COVID-19, must be notified and justified at least 24 hours before departure.
• Weather conditions such as rain, wind or clouds are not a reason or justification to cancel the trip. Cancellations due to weather are a decision that can only be made by Luxury Yacht Mexico. The customer will be notified by email or phone before the tour begins. If a cancellation is due to risky weather conditions and Luxury Yacht Mexico cannot reschedule for another date, a 100% refund will be made.
• Cancellations will be required and processed to the email reservaciones@luxuryyachtmexico.com
• In case of setbacks produced during the Provision due to weather conditions that could endanger the client or the luggage (cyclonic alert, storm, etc.) at the beginning of the Provision of the service, the client may request the end of the service provider the change of date of the benefit, with a maximum term of one (1) year from the initial contracted date. If the two parties cannot agree on a new date, the client may request the final service provider to reimburse all or part of the price of the Service.
• In the event of setbacks produced during the Provision due to a major defect in the Vessel and which may endanger its buoyancy or the safety of the client or luggage and which cannot be detected until the Vessel is started up or from the beginning of the Provision, the client may request the final service provider to change the date of the provision. If the two parties cannot agree on a new date, the client may request the final service provider to reimburse the amount paid for the service. Luxury Yacht Mexico reserves the right to make date changes or cancel the service without extra costs or penalties. Reservations
• To reserve any trip, 30% of the total amount will be charged at the time of reservation, and the remaining amount will be charged 24 hours before your trip or before boarding.
• A credit card must be registered as collateral at the time of reservation.
• Your credit card will be charged as soon as your reservation is confirmed. This process is normally completed within 24 hours of submitting your reservation.
• Before boarding, the marina fee and taxes will be collected in cash. Prices and exchange rate
• The published prices are in US dollars, as is the rate that applies to credit cards. If the credit card is not in dollars, the bank to which it belongs will establish and apply the exchange rate.
• Luxury Yacht Mexico wants you to feel as secure as possible when making an online purchase. For this reason, we use PCI DSS Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards technology, which protects your card information when you book experiences. This protection process prevents other people from gaining access to information transmitted over the Internet. Once received, the card information is not transmitted over the network. To check in on the day of your experience, it is mandatory to present the credit card used to make the reservation, along with an official ID. Prohibitions Any infringement of these points is a reason for cancellation of the trip without the right to any refund:
• The consumption of drugs or narcotics is prohibited.
• The misuse of alcohol is prohibited.
• Children under 6 years old are prohibited from being alone anywhere on the boat.
• It is forbidden to throw any type of food or object into the sea.
• It is forbidden to stand anywhere other than on the floor of the boat.
• It is forbidden to jump into the water without prior authorization from the crew.
• It is forbidden to separate from the group while snorkeling without prior authorization.
• Swimming is prohibited if the person has consumed alcohol without moderation.
• Swimming under the boat is prohibited.
• It is forbidden to touch any navigation device on the boat or any of its controls. Extra time
• Overtime can be requested during the tour (subject to availability and authorization) at a cost of $ 300 USD per hour.
• If the return to the port is delayed more than 15 minutes due to the client, an extra hour will be automatically charged at a cost of $ 300 USD. Boat damage The client accepts and acknowledges that he is responsible for the good condition and use of the boat and agrees to cover the cost and damage of the boat, its accessories and finishes derived from negligence, misuse or misconduct of any passenger included in his reservation during the trip. The client accepts that the credit card registered at the time of the reservation will be used to cover any damage and accepts that charge. In case of damage Luxury Yacht Mexico will send an email to the client with the probative evidence of the damage within 48 business hours after the conclusion of the trip.
